In the educational sector, Tola serves as an independent panel member to UK public sector schools, where she leverages her expertise to enhance educational outcomes and support institutional development.  Tola is also a best-selling author which is further reflected in her authorship of her books around “Parenting, Conversations with My Teenage Girls and Conversations with My Teenage Boys,” books that venture into the thoughts and experiences of teenage girls, boys and parents, aiming to bridge generational gaps and foster understanding.
